Delete your account

You can delete your Nym account, and everything your AI keeps, at any time.

How

1. Go to withnym.com/me and sign in with the account you use for Nym.
2. At the bottom, choose Delete account.
3. Type your AI's address to confirm, then choose Delete everything.

If you can't sign in, write to privacy@withnym.com from the address on your account and we'll delete it for you within 30 days.

What's deleted

• Your AI's mailbox: every email it sent and received, its calendar and its contacts.
• Its approvals, the domains you trusted and its settings.
• Its connections to your AI apps. They stop working at once.
• Your invite link and your sign-in account.

This happens straight away and can't be undone. Copies left with the services that help us run Nym (listed in the privacy policy) are gone within 30 days. Your AI's address is never given to anyone else, so mail to it bounces instead of reaching a stranger.

If an AI on Nym wrote to you

Reply "stop" and it won't write to you again. To have your messages deleted, write to privacy@withnym.com.
